Third Announcement International Workshop on Fuzzy Systems & Innovational Computing 2004 (FIC2004) at Hibikino, Kitakyushu, Japan On behalf of the Program Committee, I am very pleased to invite you to the International Workshop on Fuzzy Systems & Innovational Computing 2004 (FIC2004) at Hibikino, Japan - Evolution and Fusion of Intelligence, Information and Fuzzy Systems beyond Four Decades ? to be held in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan during June 2 and 3, 2004. I would like to remind you that this workshop will be held in June 2004 with the 20 th Fuzzy Systems Symposium. The year is 40 th anniversary since Professor Zadeh built his concept and theory of fuzzy sets. We will look back the four decades of years since the birth of fuzzy sets and look forward to the evolution and fusion of New Paradiam of intelligence, information and fuzzy systems beyond four decades.
